The compensation management is the core matter of human resourcemanagement in corporation. The effective compensation system can not only activateenthusiasm and positivity of employee, boost employee to implement theorganizational object, improve its benefit, but also attract and retain a group ofemployee with good diathesis and strong competitive power.In these days, many growing companies as H pharmaceutical company face such asirrational compensation framework, serious equalitarian, inflexible, short of long-timeinvigorative system. In here my dissertation is to analyze these issues with thecorrelative principles of economics and management, and make a compensationdesign combined with practical case. The write hope this dissertation can give themanagers in the growing companies some help. To do a good job in this dissertation,the writer had studied the H pharmaceutical company deeply and systematically. Haveanalyzed its status and issues in compensation, the writer have designed a relativeperfect Salary & Welfare system integrating its strategy and the principles ofcompensation design, using the theories and methods in human resource managementneatly.
