High-tech industrial park is a major model of the software enterprise cluster. Software companies as an important part of the high-tech industrial park, leading the development direction of the modern service industry especially modern information services. Overflow and diffusion of knowledge under cluster circumstance, promoting innovation and growth of software companies, as well as it plays an important role for improving an area's technological companies in the overall technological level of scientific and market competitiveness. So under cluster circumstance, research on the basic structure of the software companies and the interaction between the enterprises, analysis the growth mechanism of synergetic evolution, and discuss the relationship between growth and innovation, are worthy research subject.Through the integrated use of complex adaptive systems theory, thermodynamics, co-evolution and self-organization theory, ecological principles, this paper studies software enterprise's overall synergetic effect from the perspective of enterprises, and the self-organization evolution based on the growth of co-evolution from the internal enterprise under cluster circumstance. In this paper, the results are as follows:(1) Based on Logistic dynamic modes, this paper studies the synergetic effect of the enterprises growth system from the different types or size of business perspective under cluster circumstance.(2) Based on enterprise resource based theory, proposed by Penrose "enterprise resource -capacity -growth" as an analytical framework, combined with network growth model, this paper builds software enterprises growth dynamics system under cluster circumstance. This paper establishes the evolution dynamic interaction of the matrix model using Boolean algebra concepts and methods, and the model reveals the self-organization of the interaction of all elements in enterprise system, and then using the synergetics macro method of analysis, this paper demonstrates software enterprise growth system's self-organization parameter -innovation. (3) Based on self-organization theory, this paper analyses the self-organization's feature of the software enterprise under cluster circumstance, and then drawing Haken model, using the synergetic micro method, this paper builds up the software enterprise growth system's evolution model of self-organization which made up of R&D input and ROE.(4) In order to reflect the status of software enterprises and validate the constructed model of the self-organization evolution, this paper has done the quantitative empirical research on the sample data of 25 listed software companies'data under 16 cluster circumstances. Obtained by the model analysis and research, R&D input into the system is the self-organization parameter which dominates the evolution of the software enterprise. Therefore, in order to promote the rapid development of software enterprises, we should increase investment in R&D, and improve the innovation capacity of software enterprises.
