| Being along with the economic development and the social progress, non-confrontational management practice as cooperation and coordination etc.are increasingly becoming the mainstream of economic life.Therefore,as the main content rapid,different forms of network organization with cooperation are rising and it has become the focus of debate theory and industrial circles, it also calls the theory and industrial circles' attention a lot. However, network organization not only gives every member companies enormous interests, but also exists different forms of risks. Performance risk is one of the forms of rist which is special and all cooperation has paid more attention to. So, how does the performance risk formate and develop.What measures can be effectively used to control it.These are the main content of this study.This paper,based on analysis of literature and logical deduction methods, defines network organization and performance risk,analyses the various factors of performance risk generated in network organization and distinctes formation mechanism of performance risk in different types of network organization;It uses questionnaire method to analyse the evolution causes of performance risk, and probes if it's strong or weak of the four major the evolution causes; It combines the related theory to preliminarily explore the stage characteristics of performance risk in network organization and evolution path.The main conclusions of this paper are drew as following: The formation mechanism of performance risk in network organization not only based on the exogenous factors of environment outside, the main influencing factors is also based on the network of endogenous factors which are named relationship factors, technical factors and organizational factors; The evolution of performance risk is influenced through four factors of organization,they are strategic objectives, operation ability, growth ability and the degree of trust, and the influencing degree is different. In addition, according to the different stages of network organization development ,the evolution presents different characteristics, evolution path can be divided into benign and malignant; The control measures of performance risk include: chooses partners, sets up the common the goal of interests, improves innovation ability of the organization, and formulates the specific mechanism etc.The conclusion of this research will identify the causes and mechanism of performance risk to conduce to the parties.The analysing of evolution path can also develop a new perspective for research of network organization.The implementation of control measures can effectively reduce the performance risk of network organization.Thereby, the network organization can be ensured to operate smoothly and efficiently. There is also positive significance for control other risks of network organization through this research conclusion. |
