The Empirical Research On Members' Trust Mechanism Of The Network Organization

Since 1980's, the network organization in the ascension of the target enterprise competitive advantage is playing a more and more important role,but for the network organization, manifests itself in informal cross-border cooperation between enterprises, network efficiency and advantages of the Organization to play depends on the stability of network cooperation. Trust is the basis of formation and operation of the network organization, is also the basis of the formation of network organization effects, trust influence the commitment of network relationships, reflect on emergencies,find the conflict resolution methods of partners, and so on. Whether the paths and mechanism's exist in the factors affecting the trust mechanism of the network organization members, and what type of impact factors in the mechanism of the network members to establish trust between the mediator of the process, is worth exploring and researching. Strengthening the theory of trust mechanism among networks members and forming a harmonious partnership between enterprises has become urgent and important.The essay gives a brief introduction about the research background, significance, content, purpose and sums up the research and practical resolutions before. Then after reviewing the developing of the history and theories about organizational members'trust, we deducted on the logistic relationship between factors of trust among network members,the essay proposes hypothesis and structures a concrete conceptual model, then investigates many different kinds of organizational network corporative members through explicit questionnaire to obtain data, finally discusses the relationship and the path transmit influence degree between the efficiency of network and the network cooperative members' trust. Then use SPSS 17.0 and AMOS7.0 statistical software to testify the model established and come to the conclusion through specific empirical research:(1)There's no direct promoting effect between Organizational Context of Node-firm and Trust with Partners, Individual Factor and Network Strategic Security play a mediating effect between Organizational Context of Node-firm and Trust with Partners; (2) There's no direct promoting effect between Individual Factor and Trust with Partners, Network Strategic Security plays a mediating effect between Individual Factor and Trust with Partners; (3)Network Strategic Security has a direct promoting effect in Trust with Partners;(4) Organizational Context of Node-firm has a weak positive effect in Individual Factor; (5) Individual Factor has a weak positive effect in Network Strategic Security; (6) Individual Factor plays a mediating effect between Organizational Context of Node-firm and Network Strategic Security.The innovations of the essay are:(1) According to sorting and researching the literature and surveing data, this paper analyse the impact of Individual Factors, Organizational Context of Node-firm and Network Strategic Security on Trust with Partners. (2), The factors that affect the trust mechanism as a key study in this paper, to explore the factors' mechanism and path, is a useful attempt to study new perspective. (3) It demonstrates that Individual Factor and Network Strategic Security play a mediating effect between Organizational Context of Node-firm and Trust with Partners. (4) This paper concludes and explores successfully explore the factors' mechanism and path in network organization by building model and testing hypotheses.Finally, the essay sums up the management enlightment, the deficiencies of the research and issues.
