The Research Of China's Entrepreneur Incentive Mechanism On The Basis Of The Path Dependence Theory

For a long time, the problem of the insufficient of the incentive to Chinese entrepreneur or the incompleteness of the relative incentive mechanism is one of the most important reasons, which have affected the establishment of Chinese entrepreneurship, restricted the growing of Chinese entrepreneur, and have caused the lack of Chinese entrepreneur.By using the theory of the path dependence, and by tracing social, historical and cultural origin and the economic system developing root, this paper revealed the path dependence phenomena which existed in the Chinese entrepreneur incentive mechanism, and analyzed the negative influence of path dependence on the reform of this incentive system, furthermore through learning some mature experiences of entrepreneur incentive innovation from western developed countries and using the practice attempts of china's entrepreneur incentive reform for reference, this paper indicated the necessity of the China's entrepreneur incentive reform , and researched the reform strategy of the path innovation of that. Finally, some concrete feasible measures were put forward.The arrangement of this paper is as follows:The first chapter mainly explained the social background and practice significance of China's entrepreneur incentive mechanism research, and the thought & the method of applying path dependence theory to study entrepreneur incentive mechanism.The second chapter introduced the developing process of the path dependence theory, and the contribution of some other famous economists in this field was also showed, especially the evolution of path dependence theory by North in institutional economics and the path dependence theory in corporate governance domain by Bebchuk & Roe were emphasized. Moreover some relative path dependence researches were given here.The third chapter summarized the overall entrepreneur incentive theories, and expounded the concept & connotation of mechanism & entrepreneur incentive mechanism theoretically.In the fourth chapter, the characteristics of China's entrepreneur growing in different historical periods were reviewed firstly, and secondly the concept and the categories of Chinese entrepreneur of the time were plotted out, furthermore the growing and developing process of contemporary Chinese SOE's enterprisers was analyzed, the development and changes of China's SOE's entrepreneur and individually-run entrepreneur incentive mechanism were described finally.On the basis of the analysis of the existing circumstances of China's entrepreneur incentive, the fifth chapter principally brought out the negative impact of social & cultural factor-driven and economic factor-driven path dependence on the China's entrepreneur incentive mechanism, and then by using the path dependence theory the disturbance of popularizing ESO in China was discussed.In the sixth chapter, the mature developing experiences of entrepreneur incentive system in western developed countries, such as U.S.A., Japan, Germany, etc. were used for...
