The history of traditional Chinese medicine usage is as long as 5,000 years. As the main trend of the medical industry in our country, the traditional Chinese medicine obviously takes an advantage of low risk, high hit ratio, monocycle and low cost, compared with biopharmaceuticals and chemical pharmaceuticals. However, with the high development of our medicine market and the improvement of living standards, the competition in medicine market is more and more fierce. Facing the increasing competed medicine market, enterprises meet unprecedented difficulties, such as the regular customers'defection, difficulty in developing new customers, departure of lots of marketing professionals as well as the decrease of market share. And the marketing team faces a serious test. In such a situation, it is the real key to establish a team with cooperative, stable spirit for enterprises, compared with the strategy of focusing on the research and investing lots of capital. This thesis studies on the construction of marketing team, and intends to rebuild a new core competence, change reverse these adverse trends and promote enterprises'continuous development by constructing marketing team.Because the essential characteristics of marketing team, the traditional model for its construction can not satisfy the need of the market. May enterprises eager to know how to effectively construct a marketing team, develop the team members'enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, enhance the cooperation, and improve the performance in order to make their development targets come true. Based on the theories of marketing team construction, target management, team construction and encouragement and so on, this thesis emphasizes on the current problems in marketing team construction, and by analysis of these problems this thesis tries to re-design the system construction of marketing team, enhance the construction and encouragement of marketing team, develop all the member's initiative, enhance team cohesion and solidarity, improve the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises'capacity of adapting to the market competition, so as to realize the sustainable development of the enterprises.
