With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the acceleration of economic globalization, Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The core of business management is human management, so human resources management in the enterprise management becomes more and more important. One of the key of human resources management is marketing person management, because marketing person is the most important and dynamic member in the enterprise and so affects all aspects of the enterprise. The marketing person's performance decides if the sales goal could be achieved, and affects the enterprise' image in customers'heart. When it comes to the problem how to establish an efficient sales team and how to judge each marketing person's work performance objectively and impartially, the manager always runs into dilemma. Through the establishment of effective performance management system, the markting person's behavior can be ruled and inspirited, and their work enthusiasm and initiative can be improved, which certainly will lead to the achievement of enterprises' business objective. The stuff performance management of Stone Company is chose as the topic in this paper. By the use of a series of theory related to performance management, the management status of Stone Company is analyzed and diagnosed, the problems existing in the system are found and deeply investigated, and finally an optimization program of marketing person performance management and incentive salary system especially for Stone Company are designed. According to this study, it is found that combining the performance appraisal and incentive salary together can make the marketing person serve the company more perfectly.
