As an important issue of human resources management,how to match individuals and environment and improve the performance of employees have always been widely researched topics.But the impact mechanism of person and environment fit on employee performance,researchers have not reached a consensus conclusion around the world.The innovation is to consider the influence of PO?PG?PJ fit to individual's behavior,and considering the mediating role of affective commitment in this process.This paper used empirical research methods,examined the relationship between PO fit,PG fit,PJ fit and employee performance.At the same time,it investigated the mediating role of affective commitment between three different types of fit and employee performance.Through the review of related literatures,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of this study,and draws on the authority questionnaire at home and abroad,and analyzes the data with statistical software.Results indicate that the PO fit,PJ fit has a significant positive impact on affective commitment and employee performance;PG fit has no significant influence on affective commitment and job performance;affective commitment has a significant positive impact on individuals performance;affective commitment play the full mediation role between PO fit and job performance;the effect of PJ fit on performance was partial mediated by affective commitment.Different types of fit relates to employees' attitudes and behaviors throughout their life cycles in organizations.The conclusion not only give guidance to the enterprise managers in improving employees different types of fit,affective commitment and individual performance,and also suggest that applicants should pay attention to the matching degree between themselves and different aspects of the organization.
