| Through the study on related theories of performance evaluation (PE), the thesis analyzes the former staff system of PE in ZhuzhouQianjin Pharmacy Co,. Ltd, which exists in the following problems in the implementation process: single point of PE, lack of science inperformance indicators determination, immobilization of evaluation process, no feedback of evaluation results, ineffective application on evaluation results, lack of systematization in carrying out PE, etc.Based on the analysis on the present PE in OTC Division of Qianjin Pharmacy, and aiming at the problems in evaluation process, the thesis improves former PE system with a main idea via establishing a PE system combining long and short terms, creating a good PE atmosphere, setting up a comprehensive evaluation method and incentive model, in order to promoting division work completed efficiently. The details include in the short term on the basis of SMART principles to determine evaluation indicators, to establish operational standards, and through the evaluation methods of key indicators to distribute the evaluation results forcibly; in the long term by means of arithmetic average to the monthly evaluation results, annual evaluation, etc. to construct an interim and long term PE system.Finally, new security policies of staff PE system are proposed, which includes strategic security, incentive security, security of dynamic monitoring on marketing environment, cultural security, etc., to guarantee the new staff PE system performed successfully.The establishment of PE system is a difficult and complicated project which needs constant improvement. Based on the theoretical study on PE, this thesis analyzes the present situation of PE in OTC Division of Qianjin Pharmacy, as well as PE system improvement and operating security study, which provides a reference for readers and enterprises in establishing a scientific and comprehensive PE system. |
