A Study About Analyzing Contribution Rate Of Agricultural Science And Technology Advance Of ChongQing

Agriculture is the basis for national economic development.The development of agriculture is directly related to people's livelihood, for the promotion of comprehensive development of our economy and society is very important. In a number of factors affecting the development of agriculture, technological progress is an important factor. Agricultural science and technology and agricultural science and technology innovation is the driving force. Behind the development of agricultural economy, in our transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in the context of reality, relying on technological progress, increased productivity and quality of workers and promote agricultural development. Analysis estimates the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology, help to grasp the whole of a region (country) level of scientific and technological progress in agriculture, agricultural science and technology for formulating macroeconomic policy, adjustment technology resources, to promote agriculture and agricultural science and technology of great significance to economic development .This growth rate equation model were selected on the agricultural scientific and technological progress on the contribution rate and the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of agricultural counties were systematically measured, and the western provinces and autonomous regions with the contribution of agricultural science and technology were compared. On this basis, some policy recommendations were given to promote agricultural science and technology. Main contents and results, including:First,Select the agricultural economy of ChongQing 1997—2009 data,the estimated contribution of agricultural science and technology shows interannual fluctuations,the overall increase in features; 13 years the average annual contribution rate of agricultural science and technology is 38.72%.Second,Respectively, in all districts and counties of Chongqing, between 2000-2007, the average contribution rate of agricultural science and technology estimated results show that the overall level of the gap between low and large.Third,On the western provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the contribution rate of science and technology of agriculture horizontal comparison, the results are the level of Chongqing Agricultural Science and Technology in the seventh,after middle ranks.Fourth,Agricultural Science and Technology of Chongqing, the second separation factors, the role of each factor are also some differences, we should also pay attention to the hard and soft technology the role of technological factors, and jointly promote the development of the agricultural economy.From the total study period of view, on the agricultural economic growth mainly depends on the factor input growth, is a typical input mode of growth. To maitain the sustainable development of the agricultural economy of ChongQing, on the one hand,should continue to focus the important of factor inputs; on the other hand,should greatly enhance the contribution rate of technological progress.To achieve sustainable growth in agricultural economics and agricultural science and technology, can only improve the level appropriate to ChongQing's features of new agricultural technology research and application.
