Research On The Contribution Of The Adjustment Of Agricultural Industrial Structure To The Growth Of Agricultural Economy

Agricultural economy is an important part of the national economy,and its foundation determines the irreplaceability of agriculture.Agricultural is prosperity,all industries are prosperity;Agriculture is stable,the world is stable.As China's agricultural modernization started late,agricultural economic development level is relatively backward.To address these weaknesses,the 19 th national congress of the People's Republic of China(CPC)putted forward the rural revitalization strategy and gave priority to agricultural and rural development.The adjustment of agricultural industrial structure is the core strategy of agricultural economic development,appropriate agricultural industrial structure is the guarantee of sustainable and stable development of agricultural economy.2020 will be the year when the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is achieved and comprehensively win the fight against poverty alleviation,also critical phase in the fight against COVID-19.Agricultural work is both a strategic need and a special test.In recent years,the agricultural industry structure of jilin province is still in the process of constant adjustment and optimization.But the cost of agricultural products is high,the variety is single,the quality is poor,and the competitiveness is weak,these shortcomings can not effectively meet the social demand,then give rise to the agricultural development is in deep trouble.The most effective measure to deal with the current predicament is to adjust the structure of agricultural industry.The appropriate structure of agricultural industry can increase income and promote agricultural progress.Therefore,it is necessary to explore how much role adjustment of agricultural industry structure plays in promoting the growth of agricultural economy in jilin province,which is of great significance to improving the structure of agricultural industry and accelerating the development of agricultural economy.In view of this,this paper,based on the study of domestic and foreign scholars and the actual situation of jilin province,this paper further explores the impact of thestructural adjustment of agricultural industry on agricultural economy.On this basis,the paper compares the contribution of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery to agricultural economic growth by empirical test.Finally,on the problems existing in the adjustment of agricultural industry structure,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The change of industrial structure helps to promote the development of agricultural economy,but the industrial structure is still not reasonable and planting industry is in the leading position.In the future,we should strengthen the comprehensive development of other tertiary industries,and strive for the balanced development of agriculture.(2)In the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in jilin province,planting industry contributes the most to agricultural economic growth,followed by animal husbandry industry,then forestry industry,and finally fishery industry.(3)Jilin province should give full play to the advantages of each region,combine with the characteristics of local economic development,identify the advantages of the industry,and promote the development of the agricultural economy of the province.Then the countermeasures and suggestions for the adjustment of agricultural industry structure in jilin province are put forward.First,we should adjust the production structure of the planting industry and intensify efforts to develop the fishing and animal husbandry industry;Secondly,we should follow the footsteps of the market and promote the structural adjustment of agricultural industry with policies;Finally,we should strengthen agricultural technology and improve the management skills of agricultural producers.
