Study Of Coordinated Development Of Mineral Resources Development And Regional Economy

Now the sustainable use of mineral resources is facing stern situation in China.Such as the serious contradictory of supply and demand, the serious waste of mineral resources, moreover the exploitation of mineral resources brings many ecological problems.In some places,in order to obtain the maximum economic benefits,people neglect of sustainability,which resulting in the resource development can not meet the requirements of the coordinated development of local economy . Therefore , the study of coordinated development of mineral resources and regional economic not only has great theoretical significance,but also has important practical significance.Based on analyzing a large number of related documents at home and abroad,interviewing experts, as well as on-the-spot investigation,guided by the theory of mineral resources development and utilization and the regional economic development,this paper,take Dawenkou Gypsum Industrial Park for example,makes a systematic research on the coordinated development of mineral resources and regional economic.Systematically recognizing the mineral resources development and utilization and the regional economic development is the foundation of this study.Based on documents analyzing and on-the-spot investigation,taking the definition and characteristics of mineral resources as a starting point,this dissertation makes a system analysis on the theory of Resource Scarcity, Efficient Using,Growth limiting,Sustainable Development and Externality of mineral resources and the industrial location theory,regional comparative advantage theory,regional industrial structure theory,regional production complex theory and market theory of regional economy.The research of the relationship of mineral resources and regional economic development is the theoretical basis for improving the utilization status of mineral resources and the regional sustain development of circular.The analyzing of the development and utilization of Dawenkou Gypsum Industrial Park is the realistic basis of this paper.Study shows that,this industrial park has many advantages on natural environment , social conditions,economic development and mineral resources,but there are also some problems,such as the dominance of mining economic has not been established , the scattered small-scale mining enterprises , excessive consumption of resources,and low resource utilization,which have seriously hampered the sustainable development of the industrial park.Proposing the suggestion to develop circular economy,and improve the development level of mineral resources is the foothold of this article.Directly aiming at the questions found in this research,this article shows some suggestions from the respects of strategic positioning of the layout of the park industry,intensive use of mineral resources,deep development of mineral resources,the supporting to the leading enterprises and so on.
