| From the Reform and Opening up, the economic growth of China has in increased rapidly and the development of industry cluster has improved by leaps and bounds which is know as the key industry of national and regional economy. However, industry cluster also causes the excessive consumption of resources, the increase emissions of "Three wastes" brings the pollution of the environment and ecological destruction.Therefore,the traditional and extensive development pattern which includes high-consumption,high-emission and high-pollution has come to an end. There are more new requirments for the sustainable development of industry cluster by the reality of the high-cost resources and ecological environment pollution.This thesis will be studied from the comprehensice research of regional economics、ecological economics and industrial ecology science, take the sustainable development of industry cluster as the main line and the interactive relationship between circular economy and industrial cluster as the breakthrough point. It also will put forward the concept of circular economy, to comb the development direction of industry cluster by new ideas and methods, systematiclly discuss the sustaionable development model of industry cluster under the concept of circulation economicOn the basis of research on circular economy and industry clusters, this thesis will propose the industry cluster theory of sustainable development model in the concept of circular economy development, will study the interactive relationship between circular economy and industrial cluster, will discuss the effects of government, and then will put forward to the recommendations and ways for the sustainable development of industry cluster from the three aspects. It also will take Yongkang’s hardware industry as the example, analysis the conclusion of sustainable development of industry cluster, and then outlook its prospects of development as well as put forward some relevant policy advice. |
