Project is still the main source of company profit and the foundation of enterprise's survival and development, so the project management is the emphasis of enterprise management.Because of the complicated organizations, the widespread projects , the decentralized informations and a lot of information islands, the scheduling report can't get real-time data and guarantee the reliability of data, then it can't provides rapid, accurate, necessary informations for engineering project management. The application of information technology, the development and the implementation of the project management system and the innovation of project management methods and means not only can help enterprises to improve project management, to realize resource integration, to control project cost and to improve the management efficiency and quality, but also the fundamental way of Crecg to converse management mode and implement the fine management.This paper firstly analyses the development characteristics and the project management situation of Crecg, then it differentiates the enterprise's characteristics and Puts forward the background of the project and the problems it faces. It summarizes the key demand of engineering project management: To build unity project control platform and form effective engineering management system.
