Research On County Economic Driving Factors And Models Of Guanzhong-tianshui Economic Zone

'County' can be said to be the oldest and most important administrative units in China. In 2003, county population of China is 916 million, accounting for 70.88% of the total population, and GDP of county reached 6.45 trillion RMB, accounting for 55.15% of the total GDP. There is a wide gap between the economic level of county and city.2009, State instruct Guanzhong-tianshui economic zone will be constructed'strategic high land of national economic development and open up'. As an important economic zone in China, the county economic level of Guanzhong-tianshui economic zone is in a backward state, which is bad for solving'the problem of rural.farmer and agriculture' and economic sustainable development.There are some effect factors about county economy. The article mainly analysis three perspectives:the space factors (central city, distance), the classic economic factors (physical capital, labor and technology) and special regional policy(specific developmental policy of county which is on the edge of province) by Quantitative and qualitative methods, Last, the article also analysis county economic growth models of Guanzhong-tianshui economic zone.Firstly, the article study the county economic level of Guanzhong-tianshui economic zone and grade them by Quantitative and qualitative methods. Secondly, the article study the county economic driving factors, which tell us that'central city' is more important than 'distance' for good counties, On the contrary, for bad counties'distance' is more important than'central city'; effect order of classic economic factors is physical capital, labor, technology which suggest efficiency of county economic capital and labor factor in Guanzhong-tianshui economic zone is very low; special regional policy suggests special regional policy can help county economy develop by studying WeiNan city.Finally, the article study county economic growth models of Guanzhong-tianshui economic zone, and the models include'central city-led. resource-led and special policy-led'.
