Abstract/Summary:
High-tech enterprises have already become the focus of the economic development in many countries during recent years and an important symbol of measuring a country's economic strength. In recent years, China's high-tech enterprises have improved by leaps and bounds.High-tech enterprises are knowledge-intensive enterprises, facing with the challenges of the rapid progresses of technological development and the rapid changes of the international markets, more and more high-tech enterprises chose to build a learning organization in order to improve the human resources quality and promote the competition advantage to ultimately improve profits of the enterprises.The building of learning organization finally is to provide services for enterprises, only when the building job has effect, which manifests on the improvement of enterprises benefit, can the building job to be realized. If the building effect can't be evaluated, it can not be managed, evaluating the learning organization building effect of high-tech enterprise is particularly important. Due to the differences of every industry or trade, it is hard to be accurate and objective for unified evaluation system. Scholars have little studies on the evaluation of learning organizations creating effect in high-tech enterprises now, this paper combines with the unique features of high-tech enterprises, aims to study the evaluation of high-tech enterprises learning organization building effect and advances concrete evaluation index system and evaluation model. In the evaluation index system of learning organization building effect for high-tech enterprises, the first-order index includes five items which are reality benefit, independent innovation in enterprises, core competitive ability of enterprises, the management status and technical learning ability. Under each first-order index, there are several secondary-order indexes, eventually creates the evaluation index system of learning organization building effect for high-tech enterprises which includes 33 third-order indexes and illustrates the calculation method and the connotation of each index.This paper adopts the methods of literature study, field survey, AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, take learning organization theory and the evaluation theory as the theoretical basis, makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the building effect evaluation of high-tech enterprises. references the learning organization building effect evaluation index system in the developed countries, combined with the characteristics of high-tech enterprises, establishes evaluation system taking the flow of make clear the selection principle of evaluation index-construct index system for evaluation-establish evaluation model-evaluation follow-up suggestions. Consults experts using AHP to obtain the specific weight of each index, constructs the high-tech enterprise learning organization building effect evaluation model with the help of fuzzy mathematics knowledge. Finally, this paper evaluates the building effect of HJ technology Co., LTD applying high-tech enterprise learning organization building effect evaluation model, analyzes the learning organization building effect of HJ technology Co., LTD, proposes feasible suggestions.The main contribution and innovation of this paper is that it makes a detailed analysis of three developed countries including US, Japan and Singapore for its learning organization building effect evaluation work. Puts forward a set of evaluation index system for high-tech enterprises learning organization building effect. Contrapose the concrete enterprise to evaluate the building effect using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and get the evaluation results, puts forward some feasible suggestions for building work.
