Analysis Of The Independent Innovation Ability Of The Automobile Industry Based On Financial Perspective

Strong independent innovation ability is the basic premise of Chinese automotive industry's sustainable development in the international competition. Although the government level, profession level and enterprise level are constantly increasing input, independent innovation ability has been ascend, Overall, Chinese automotive industry independent innovation ability is still at low level. Evaluate the situation systemly, clear each affecting factor and it's influence, and then make suggestions are meaningful.This paper make the SWOT analysis for the situation of the Chinese automotive industry, define the advantage ,disadvantage, opportunity and risk by quantitative description and qualitative analysis. Then the paper builds a comprehensive evaluation system from innovation investment, innovation development, innovation output and innovation management, and makes a conclusion that capital & labor input are the most important factors in this evaluation system by AHP. Then we prove the correlation of the capital & labor input and innovation output by the method of grey relational analysis, and the conclusion is that the capital & labor input are the breakthrough of the innovation development. Finally, we make suggestions that can stimulate the development from levels of the enterprise, the industry and the government separately.
