The Evaluation On Auto-industry Independence-innovation Ability In China

As a typical pillar industry of the national economy,the automobile industry ischaracterized of complex technology content,strong correlation effect and remarkablescale economy.China’s automobile outcome and sale both broke the number of10,000,000during2009.Surpassing the USA’s,China’s auto industry manages to getthe champion and becomes an significant part of automobile industry chain. Althoughfinancial crisis which broke out in USA has a negative influence on automobilemarket,China’s auto industry display its powerful energy.Since reform and openpolicy,the auto industry has a rapid development,while there is a big gap betweenChina and developed countries which are more competitive with its ownbrand,especially on technical innovation.China’s automobile industry needs transformits structure.This paper researches on the Chinese automobile industry from the Capacity forIndependent Innovation.Firstly,with the method of literature research,expertconsultation,visiting corporations and analyzing data material,this is proved thefeasibility of this thesis.Secondly,basing on the II theory and Chinese automobileindustry build a framework of CII about China’s.Finally,this paper evaluates the levelof integration of Chinese automobile CII between2000and2010.The consequenceindicates that the Chinese automobile CII has enhanced significantly during11years.However,there is still a great gap compared with other countries with toplevel of CII,such as Japan and Germany.The purpose to evaluate is to solve the slowly development of CII about Chineseautomobile.On the basis of the current situation and the consequence,this paper putsforward the strategy and method which can provide a good perspective for related government department according to the innovation investment,the innovationmanufacture capability,the innovation output and the innovation environment.
