Research On Cultivation Of Enterprise Spirit And Its Mechanism Innovation Under Ideological And Political Education View

Currently, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition, at the same time, the traditional management approach has failed to meet the needs of modern enterprises to improve competitiveness. In order to respond to the changes of market competition, enterprise spirit as a new resources, which can enhance the long-term competitiveness of enterprises, is getting more and more attention of enterprises, and many blue-chip company's success are due to their emphasis of training on enterprise spirit.
