To Build Up Chinese Petroleum Enterprises' Culture By Daqing Spirit

From the comprehension of the connotation of Daqing Spirit and the present situation of Chinese petroleum enterprises'culture, this thesis analyses the feasibility of building up petroleum enterprises'culture by Daqing Spirit, and carries out exploration and thinking concerning how to formulate the culture based on Daqing Spirit. The author's purpose is to help Chinese petroleum enterprises to build up peculiar culture which fits our country. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part summarizes the connotation of Daqing Spirit from its formation and development; raises views on the improvement of Daqing Spirit. The second part introduces the basic theory of enterprise culture; analyses the course and the direction of the development of Chinese petroleum enterprises'culture; points out the necessity and the principle of building up petroleum enterprises'culture in our country. The third part summarizes that Daqing Spirit is the typical case and the nucleus of Chinese petroleum enterprises'culture; abstracts the petroleum features from Daqing Spirit; points out the superiority of Daqing Spirit and discusses the feasibility of building up petroleum enterprises'culture by Daqing Spirit. The fourth part analyzes how to build up the culture by Daqing Spirit from enterprise values and enterprise spirit, which are two of the most important factors of enterprise culture, in combination of the author's own research results. The final part puts forward the key links, for example, combining the characteristics of current epoch, combining specific conditions of every oil field in China, absorbing foreign achievements.
