Study On Satisfaction With Agricultural Extension Of The Typical Agriculture-related Enterprises In Hebei Province

With the developing of China's market economy, China's agricultural extension system has been changed from the traditional system of government promotion of a single type of gradual transition to the new multi of the promotion system that the government as the main, universities, research institutions, agribusiness and rural social organizations to participate. In which, as an agricultural enterprise, plays a key role. In recent years, most of the agriculture-related enterprises have realized the importance of agricultural extension, and started to work direct or indirect, but because of the heterogeneity of the current enterprise promotion, and external environmental constraints, there are so many specific implementation problems and obstacles still exist, so its role has not been fully realized. Therefore, in-depth research enterprise operational mechanism, analyze its marketing operation effect, find their common problems, identify appropriate improvement strategies,what'more, promote and improve the diversification of the promotion system is particularly important and necessary.According to the agricultural extension, sociology, management, economics and other related theories, using the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, for example as the typical agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province, in-depth analysis its operational situation, and On this basis, analysis its operating results for the promotion of internal and external evaluation, to find out the current common problems and the main obstacles. Among them, qualitative analysis the enterprise operation situation, the status of the induction and statistical description, found satisfaction evaluation models of employee job and farmers, to find out the main problems existing in order to develop appropriate improvement strategies and better play its marketing functions.The main conclusions:1.There are some disadvantage in investment guarantee mechanism, mainly show:the fund input is not enough,extention teams not consummate, facilities and equipment is limited.2.The allocation mechanism is also not reasonable, Interests of the association distributed not to form a real community of interest, the phenomenon of non-compliance occur frequently.3. The risk resistance mechanism is not reasonable, is currently still in the way of sharing between enterprises and farmers, lack of effective coordination of government and other third parties, and complete risk guarantee fund system.4. There are some mistakes in the strategic mechanism, only on economic benefits, ignore benefits of the social and ecological, failed to consider the long-term development, also failed to pay their due social responsibility.On the above conclusions, the study proposes the following improvement strategies: Firstly, based on the perspective of own management,should further increase promotional spending, improve the extention team building, improve the way services and benefits distribute mechanism, enhance the promotion of social, ecological awareness; based on the outside government departments,should further improve rural agricultural"software"and"hardware"construction, to create a good platform for enterprises, build the technical and financial linkage mechanism, construct the whole society risk sharing mechanism, improve government oversight control mechanisms.
