Employee satisfaction is psychological experience of being worked in enterprise, cooperative team, engaged in job, which is mainly a personal comparison between expectations and actual employees get on. And it is an effective way to understand the staff of the job, the work atmosphere and enterprise development. Currently, small,medium and private enterprises are accounted for more than 70% of the total enterprises in Hebei province. They will be economic development boosters. The core talents play a key role in the development of small and medium private enterprises during the long growing process. However, there are currently some negative problems such as core talent neglecting to work, low positive emotions, low satisfaction and other issues in these enterprises, which led to a huge loss of key talents, and seriously affected the sustainable development of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Hebei Province. Therefore, further studying issues of core personnel job satisfaction of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Hebei has become one particularly urgent task at present. Through the survey of core talent satisfaction of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Hebei, we can dig the problems of core talents’ job satisfaction so as to take effective measures to improve the job satisfaction of core talents and realize to improve core talent job satisfaction. By enhancing core personnel satisfaction of small and medium private enterprises in Hebei, the enterprise can further strengthen their employees’ sense of belonging, enhance team cohesion, and eventually improve their core competitiveness.This paper reviewed the thesis about factors, empirical research, and countermeasures of core talent job satisfaction home and abroad, summarized the basic theory of core talent job satisfaction, and analyzed the current situation of core talents satisfaction job of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Hebei. It also explored the issues of enhancing the core talent job satisfaction of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Hebei. By taking the survey, empirical analysis methods to identify the key factors affecting the core personnel job satisfaction, we proposed effective countermeasures to improve core personnel job satisfaction.
