Enterprise knowledge, as an important source of enterprise competitive advantage, its status and role has caused enough attention for the domestic and foreign theorists. Along with the market competition intensifies, enterprise begin to realize to win and maintain competitive advantage, maximum to play the role of enterprise knowledge, it must be reasonable and efficient to take the enterprise of knowledge transfer. However in reality, enterprise knowledge transfer management practice hard, because of the knowledge's characteristics of itself and various obstacles factors in the process of transferring. The management of knowledge flowing and transformation is very difficult, it has become the current challenge of enterprise knowledge management.Based on enterprise knowledge transfer as the research object, the paper trying to answer three fundamental questions:first, the enterprise why want to take knowledge transfer? Second, the enterprise knowledge transfer process is how to do? Third, what are the factors affect the enterprise knowledge transfer to improved performance and their relative influence degree? Around these three issues, By using theoretical analysis and empirical example study combining research method, the paper have a more in-depth study on the fundamental problems.My research work includes the following three aspects:①on the basis of literature study, reveals the enterprise knowledge transfer process'mechanism, then studies out the framework of enterprise knowledge transfer process;②With the enterprise knowledge transfer process as background constructs the model of factors affecting of knowledge transfer, and analyses the performance effect of influence factors of knowledge transfer;③By selecting a representative enterprise as an example, according to this enterprise a technology transfer, verify the maneuverability of the conceptual model and the support degree of affecting factors.After the above research work, the article thinks that the core of knowledge transfer are knowledge transfer between members through the organization and absorption promoting the knowledge learning and new knowledge creation. Enterprise knowledge transfer process does not simple flow and knowledge transfer; more importantly are knowledge receivers'knowledge absorption, integration, and reconstruction its knowledge base. Continuous learning in enterprise, can bring more economic benefit for enterprise.
