The enterprise, which is in the pursuit of sustained growth, must remain sensitive to their living environment. When the enterprise is difficult to survive and develop in the original industry, the only way to achieve sustained development is business transformation. Arash pointed out that because of the international financial crisis and sustainable developments, national companies have sought the road of innovation and R&D in order to achieve the transformation and upgrading. In the current, the majority of our businesses, particularly SMEs encounter many obstacles in restructuring practice. The main reason is the problem of knowledge transfer:on the one hand is the lack of making use of existing industry knowledge; on the other hand is not able to effectively absorb new knowledge industries. The latter is the key to the success of enterprise transformation. Therefore, study on the influencing factors of external knowledge transfer in the process of enterprise transformation is very necessary. The main objective of this paper is the analysis of the influencing factors of external knowledge transfer in the process of enterprise transformation and the relationship between the influence factors of knowledge transfer and the transfer effect. First, this paper defines the core concepts involved in research and sorts out the theories about enterprise transformation, knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer in the process of enterprise transformation. Secondly, this paper analyzes knowledge transfer characteristics and knowledge transfer process model in the process of enterprise transformation. And on this basis, combined with general conclusions drawn by Meta-analysis, this paper puts forward research hypothesis and builds an empirical model about the influencing factors of external knowledge transfer. Then, using the statistical software SPSS20.0, AMOS21.0and structural equation analysis, this paper verifies the fitting degree of the model and research hypothesis by survey data. The empirical results show that:tacit, fuzziness, old and new knowledge structure relevance, transfer ability, willingness to receive, absorptive capacity, enterprise learning, communication, incentives, conflict coordination, knowledge transfer approach has a significant direct impact on knowledge transfer. Also there is a correlation between the variables and indirect effects on knowledgetransfer. Finally, based on the research results, this paper proposes thecountermeasures which promoting the knowledge transfer effect of businesstransformation of the enterprise. The research of this paper is supported by thenational social science fund project "enterprises knowledge transfer model and itsapplication research in the process of enterprise transformation"(11BTQ027).
