The environment that banks'operation laies on is changing quickly. The employee who work on core positions drain heavily and seriously.However, the strategy of human resource administration can't maintain the core positions'function.So writer want to bring succession plan of the core positions in the administration of draining.On the basic of the review on the research of succession plan of the core positions in banks(such as the Ningbo branch of ICBC), pointed out the defects what are in the administration of draining now.Then, designed the succession plan of the core positions in banks,that includes the analyse of core positions,the building of system on how to select successors and how to develop successors.This text concludes that we can not prevent from draining of core employee. So,we have to build succession plan of the core positions.This plan not only can maintain the core positions'function,but also can provide more choices of promotion for the employee.
