Research On Negotiation Support Problem Processing System For High-tech Virtual Enterprise

The economic development and the emergence of new internet technologies provide technical support for High-tech virtual enterprise's (HTVE) core competency and effective communication; meanwhile, they provide effective method to ensure that the conflict is resolved timely and the running of HTVE is smoothly. As a special branch of Descion Support System, Negotiation Support System (NSS) combines the negotiation theory and the internet technology, which can provide reliable platform for real-time and rapid negotiation of HTVE. As the core component of NSS, Problem Processing System (PPS) is responsible for analysis and solving the problems of HTVE negotiation process by combining specific background and solving model which can ensure the smooth progress of the negotiation.By given negotiation subjects and value ranges, electronic commerce negotiation is oriented to buyers and sellers and adopts multi-attributes decision theory and optimization method to solve the problem, its complexity of structure is far below HTVE negotiation problems. On the base of analyzing reasons of emerging HTVE, theoretical fundament and architecture of NSS, the dissertation presentes the role of solving problem system in the negotiation support system and solving methods.The corresponding model is given by the different categories of problems by detail analyzing the negotiation problems which are appearing in the formation period, operating period and disintegration period of HTVE. Because of the complexity of the HTVE negotiation problems, higher requirements are put forward on the HTVE negotiation processing system. It is not only be able to help negotiators to complete the identification and analysis the problems, adapt to the changing needs and complete the rapid escalation of data, model and knowledge in function.All the above, the dissertation utilizes the top-down analysis and design methods and carries out a detailed summary of the design and logic design. The database and business process analysis of HTVE problem processing system is designed, so as to the interface of the various libraries, HTVE negotiation processing system is realized according to the function design. Finally, at the background of specific negotiation process of the Harbin wind power projects time allocation negotiation problem, the active role of HTVE negotiation support problem processing system is presented on the time allocation problem.
