Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid growth of electric commerce, more and more companies do their procurement and sale activities relying on the Internet recent years. For the fact that EC has shorten the distance between the suppliers and the customers, more and more companies use EC to search their business partners. And the managers have realized the great value of the EC market which connects all the suppliers and customers in the word together. Take Group procurement for example, the suppliers can sell their products in batches, while the consumers can get them at a lower price. And this is a win-win situation to both of the suppliers and consumers. Howerver, the full development of the potential value of the EC market depends on whether a company can find an effective business process. The many -to-many negotiation support system With Facilitator, which combines the Internet technology and the many-to-many negotiation mechanism together brings a new business model.Many scholars have researched web based negotiation support systems in recently years, but most of them focus their studies on one-to-one or one-to-many negotiations and few of them consider many-to-many negotiation as their central problem. Meanwhile few scholars consider the role of Facilitator in one-to-one and one-to-many negotiations studies. In this paper, the author consider Facilitator into many-to-many negotiation research, which can solve the problem of negotiation organizing difficulty as well as decision complexity. In the field of group decision, some scholars have studied the multi-objective and multi-attribute problems. Based on these researches, this paper uses multi-objective and multi-attribute theory to study the many-to-many negotiation problem With Facilitator. And the author considers decision support method as the key problem and focuses on it. By analyzing previous findings, this paper creates a many-to-many negotiation model With Facilitator and the paper is organized as follows:First, this paper summarize and analyses the theories used in the negotiation research and the puts forward presuppositions of many-to-many negotiation study which advances the research questions of this paper. By analyzing negotiator's strategies and the conflicts in negotiation, the author proposes a many-to-many negotiation model.In this model, the representation and the obtaining of the preference and utility is the most important and difficult. According to negotiator's risk preference, negotiator is classified as risk prefer, risk aversion and risk neutral and the paper creates the preference function and utility function for each negotiator group. This paper analyses preference relation, utility value, complementary judgement matrix and reciprocal judgement matrix and gives a conversion method. This paper also proposes the evaluation criterions on the satisfaction of the negotiator and the Facilitator and then uses heuristic algorithm to solve Facilitator's problem. This heuristic algorithm first finds out the part optimal points of the Facilitator and then searches for the Pareto-optimal solutions in these part optimal points.As many-to-many negotiation is a complicated problem, it is difficult to find the Pareto-optimal solutions. So in this paper, the author uses the method to search for negotiator's satisfy point. In this process, the author creates a many-to-many negotiation coordinate model and a case-based reasoning model and uses coordiator-oriented alternation arithmetic to search for the coordinate point. Also use an improved nearest neighbor method to express the similarity between the negotiation cases. The Facilitator studies case of the many-to-many negotiation model With Facilitator and the cased-based reasoning model which can enhance the negotiation case database.Finally, based on the above findings, this paper develops a many-to-many negotiation support system with facilitator and introduces the process of system analysis, system design and system development. And uses this system to test the above studies.This paper proposes a theoretical framework of many-to-many negotiation and develops a negotiation support system platform. All of these works enrich the many-to-many negotiation theories and points out a new research direction in the field of negotiation support systems.
