Study On The Problem Of Negotiation Between Virtual Enterprise Partners

Virtual enterprise (VE) is a network extended enterprise which is composed of many enterprises to response to market opportunity quickly, and which is supported by computer network. The advanced manufacture mode of VE has important pointer and use for reference to medium and small enterprise in our country.VE as an advanced manufacture mode will be prevailing current manufacture mode in 21^st. So it is very important both in theory and application to make a study on association and control of VE. Virtual enterprise is virtual, distributing and dynamic, so the association and control of VE is deferent to traditional enterprise.In this dissertation, the association and control current mechanism is introduced on the basis of analyzing the character of VE. The mode of client-deputy is modeled by game theory, according to which the dynamic supervisory mechanism is founded to ensure VE run successfully. Negotiation is used to associate the conflict between partner in the course of manufacture, which provides an effect tool to choose partner and eliminate disarrange when VE running.Additionally the platform of VE collaboration is established on the base of ASP, whose theoretical basis is the negotiation method in this dissertation, to support the negotiation between the VE partners and track the running of VE.
