The electric power enterprises, which are closely related to the nationalwelfare and the livelihood of the masses, nowadays are faced with the challengesfrom monopolistic management to the competition in the market, due to thedeepening of the power system as well as the rapid development of the nationaleconomy.Under the circumstances of new market and social environment, thehuman resources management has been playing a crucial role in the power supplyenterprises. What’s more, making correct human resources strategy has becomean important condition in the human resources management.Up to mow, thedecision of most power supply enterprises are in light of their makers’ experienceand subjective judgment, which are lack of rigorous theoretical basis. In fact,some objectively quantifiable methods, adopting to the human resources strategy,seem to be a little fewer.By introducing a complex and systematic modelingapproach, that is, the artificial neural network technology in terms of thecomplexity of the human resources strategy, it can support the power supplyenterprises in their human resources decisions, which has important practicalsignificance to promote not only their adaption to the demands for the marketcompetition, but also the benign development of the national economy.As for this thesis, it regards the power supply enterprise as the subject in itsresearch, and constructs the human resource strategic decision-making modelswith the application of technology of the BP neural network.Firstly, identifythe fundamental categories of the human resources strategy in power supplyenterprises, which are based on its characteristics and basic types.Secondly,refine four evaluation dimensions for screening norms, which are used to filterthe primary norms with the generalized gray incidence analysis in the human resource decision. According to this, it aims to build the standard system ofhuman resource strategy in the power supply enterprises.On account of this, thisthesis analyzes and also demonstrates the applicability of BP neural network inthe human resource strategy. Moreover, it constructs the model of humanresource strategy based on BP neural network supplied in the enterprises, whichalso reasserts the rationality of the model through the model training andtesting.At last, the author illustrates its operability of the BP network model inthe human resource decisions, taking empirical study in the power supplyenterprise ‘S’. All in all, the research conclusion in this thesis has offeredscientific basis for the enterprise. At the same time, it also provide theoreticalsupport for the benign development of power supply enterprises.
