| With the rapid development of china's economy,the trditonal financing mode has been unable to meet the huge demand of capital for our company and some pojects,especially for major infrastructure construction and those small-and-medium-sized enterprises with high technology content in pillar industry.it is a hot topic for scholar that how to sovle the Capital Insufficiency Problem.however in recent years,there are many new-type financing methods occur in china,such as BOT,ABS and Industry Investment Fund and so on.owing to the uniqe advantages,these new-type financing method will help us to solve the Capital Insufficiency Problem.These years,with the rapid development of our province's economy, The province government attaches great importance to the development of Poyang lake ecological economic zone.it has great meaningful to the sustainable development of Jiangxi province.obviously,it is facing the problem that the area is lack of capital to develop.so the focus of this research is choose the best-fit financing method to the different area in Poyang lake ecological economic zone according to the distinguished features of these Relevant Industries.it is also the significance of this article.In the first chapter,research status about BOT,ABS and Industry Investment Fund are introduced mostly.meanwhile,the research idears and structre are defined.the innovation and limitation of this research are also proposed.then I introduce the Development-planning of poyang lake ecological economic zone simply. Elaborates the necessity.the three chapter establishs the theoretical foundation for this article. I introduce the traditional financing method include Direct finance and Indirect finance.and the new-tpye financing method include BOT,ABS, Industry Investment Fund.we discuss mainly from its definiton and advantage and disadvantage.the last two chapter are the centrel content of this article.it can be divided into several industry according to their distinguished features:infrastructure areas, ecological environment area, pillar industries.through the contrastive analysis for the advantage and disadvantage of financing method,we choose the best-fit financing method to the different industries.and cite two successful examples about local government financing in foreign country.at the end, several policy recommendations and supporting meatures are presented for BOT,ABS and Industry Investment Fund. I hope my research conclusion will will has some leading significance in theory when we choose the financing method to Poyang lake ecological economic zone.and make full use of those new-type financing method,in order to improve economic growth in this region. |
