| To realize the harmony between man and nature is a requirement of the modern economic and social development. How to establish a system of modern ecological industry is becoming more and more urgent, especially under the background of the economic new normal. State Council has formally approved the "Planning of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone" in 2009. And Poyang Lake ecological economic zone has become the first national strategic regional planning points in Jiangxi Province. The establishment of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone is conducive to promoting the coordinated development of ecological civilization and economic construction in Jiangxi Province, the coordinated development of the central and western economy and the harmony between man and nature.As the result of the theoretical research in the ecological industry is still in its infancy, and the industry of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone is also in the initial stage of development, research on the construction of ecological industry and protection mechanism of ecological industry exists some problems inevitably.This thesis discusses the development of ecological economic zone and industrial system. And also provides theoretical guidance. So, it has certain practical significance.In this thesis, we chose the ecological industry of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone as our research object and our research was based on ecological industry theory, sustainable development theory and system theory. We described and analyzed the status quo and existing problems of the eco industrial system in Poyang Lake ecological economic zone in detail. By using analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy membership function and SWOT analysis method, the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are carried out on the ecological industry system in this area. We also constructed evaluation index system. Finally, the article puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations from the functional system, supporting measures, ecological management system, and industrial compensation mechanism etc.We can draw the conclusion from the following aspects:Firstly, analyze the present status of ecological industry system in Poyang Lake. In general, the development of ecological industry in the ecological economic zone is becoming more and more stable after several years of efforts. Ecological management goal has been basically achieved. However, there is a certain degree of imbalance in the industrial system. For instance, some companies make profits at the cost of damaging the ecological environment.Secondly, we construct the evaluation index system of ecological industry in Poyang Lake systematically. Industrial development is relatively poor, membership grade of which has reached the highest 0.3174. The environmental benefit index and economic benefit index of the area are relatively good, membership grade of which also have reached the highest (at the score of 0.2345 and 0.2147). But Poyang Lake ecological economic zone natural resources index and social benefit index relatively better development of membership grade are very low. So, the rational use and protection of natural resources should be paid attention to in the development of ecological economy in Poyang Lake. At the same time, we should improve the local social and social benefits and social services. Factors which affect the development of eco industrial system in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone include:policy support?advantages of ecological environment resources% policy opportunity?cost advantages in enterprises and so on. The development strategy should be adopted in the construction of ecological industry system in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.Finally, we propose some policy recommendations, which should optimize the existing eco industrial system from the ecological agriculture, ecological industry, ecological third industry and many other aspects; form a division system with scientific and rational distribution; establish industry supporting system with Infrastructure, social services, talent, technology, etc.This thesis has overcome some drawbacks of the current academic research on this field, highlighted the relevance of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic and other each kind of industrial development. By using the empirical analysis method, we enrich the content of the Poyang Lake ecological economic zone in the study on eco industrial system, broaden the research field, make up the other related research of incomplete and scattered and enhance the credibility of the conclusion of the study. |
