Assessment On Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone Land Ecological Vulnerability

In recent years, along with the accelerated population growth and economic and social development speed, the natural ecological environment of the Poyang Lake region has been seriously disrupted, resulting in a loss of ecological function of the original and being a typical ecological fragile zone, regional environmental issues surrounding Poyang lake increasingly prominent. December 2009, approved by the state, the construction of Poyang lake Ecological Economic Zone was officially launched. Under the national policy support,the Poyang lake Ecological Economic Zone is relying on its geographical advantages,geographical advantages and ecological advantage, with socio-economic and ecological construction rapidly development in years, gradually developed into an important manufacturing base in Jiangxi Province, has become an important economic growth pole and an important support regional economic development in the central region. However,the Poyang lake ecological economic zone has built more than six years, how to build effective, and how to develop the regional ecological vulnerability, whether the target problem of ecological economic zone is very worthy of attention. In order to promote the coordinated development of regional socio-economic and ecological environment, protect the regional ecological security and the stable ecological function, rational understanding of the regional land vulnerability and optimal regulation has very important theoretical and practical value. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign ecological evaluation methods model, to synthesize the natural indicators affected by the land use and indicators of socio-economic classes, refer to the existing research results to build a new ecological vulnerability evaluation model; by collecting 2008, 2013 recent statistics data, image information and social or economic class data of Poyang lake ecological economic zone,with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to determine the research evaluation indicators system of regional ecological vulnerability, which contains three layers with twenty-seven indicators. And to do the dynamic empirical analysis of Poyang lake ecological economic zone land ecological vulnerability, combined with the evaluation results analyzing the situation of ecological economic zone construction effect and proposed countermeasures to improve the regulation of ecological vulnerability. Study main conclusions are as follows:(1) On the basis of create land ecological vulnerability evaluation system of the Poyang lake ecological economic zone, using analytic hierarchy process construct the evaluation indicators system model from natural, social, economic and other aspects,which related to the vulnerability, and using the extreme value method to quantify the evaluation indicators, then to analyze land ecological vulnerability in the study area by the dynamic analysis of vulnerability.(2) Through the analysis show that comprehensive evaluation value of the Poyang lake ecological economic zone land ecological vulnerability was 0.4858 in 2013, the state near the "moderate" fragile III grade and the same in 2008, and from the space distribution pattern of Poyang lake ecological economic zone land ecological vulnerability in 2013, it indicated that, the six counties like Yujiang county, Nanchang county, Gaoan city,Nanchang city, Yingtan city, Zhangshu city are relatively higher. Through the dynamic change trend, we can see that in the study of time, the land ecological vulnerability of poor degree concentrated in the central state of the study area, the edge cities and counties are lighter and in good momentum of development.(3) Through the analysis of the Poyang lake ecological economic zone land ecological vulnerability driving factors, its research results show that the natural factors that mainly affect the region ecological vulnerability change trends are land reclamation rate and the forest coverage rate; the economy and ecological social factors that affect the region ecological vulnerability change trends include: unit industrial assisted energy value,agricultural expenditure rate, the registered urban unemployment rate, environmental pollution control investment.(4) Proposed land ecological study area from the natural, economic and social vulnerability of Regulation Countermeasures three angles.
