With China's entering to WTO as well as the acceleration of the economical globalization worldwide, the enterprises domestically have to face the increasingly heating market competition at home and abroad. Therefore, each corporation has to contemplate one question which is how to enhance product's competitiveness and added-value to ensure the invincible position in the fierce market. Through improving management standard of the corporation, the capability of the corporation to be in line with the demands of markets as well as the needs from clients will be naturally strengthened. Furthermore, maintaining the development in a continuous and healthy way is to be an inevitable option for all enterprises.Six Sigma is a means of quality management, dating back to the Motorola Corporation in the 1980s. In GE company, the management team led by Jack Welch, brought in Six Sigma Management and successfully deduced it from a way of management into a modern management model, which gathered the company's procedure design, reformation, as well as the optimization all-in-one. Subsequently, it was adopted by large and well-known company internationally, which became a strategy, even a Operation Management Philosophy for companies with the aim to pursue the excelling management.Since 1990s, enterprises domestically began to focus on and introduce the Six Sigma Management, particularly manufacturing ones. By carrying out Six Sigma Management, product quality and service are to be improved so as to meet the requirements of clients and boost the competitiveness of companies. This paper, based on Ruiguang Group, a manufacturing enterprise, is composed of three parts by way of case study. The first part is introducing the background of bringing in Six Sigma Management, implementing process as well as the problems arising from the operating process. The second part is responsible for case analysis of Six Sigma managing implementation, analyzing factors which help to obtain achievements and problems existing in the process. The third part is to put forward corresponding improvement proposals and solutions by means of Six Sigma Management Theory and Principals of Management based on the practical situation of the corporation.
