G travel agency was a state-owned enterprise, in 2000, after the reform,effective incentive strategy won the competition advantage in a few years, and the management scale get considerable development. Along with the development of enterprise, the internal management is complicated, staff and customer's requirements and expectations become higher, staffs loss become serious. G travel once effective incentive strategy cannot adapt to the changes in the environment,which result in the company's overall quality declined, in order to achieve sustainable development, G, travel agencies must strengthen employees incentive management, establishing scientific incentive mechanism. This paper focus on G travel agency employees incentive, by combining theory with practice method, at first will talk about the G travel's history, and operating situation. Mainly introduces G travel agencies organizational structure and operation mode. Based on the existing incentive strategy, combining G travel development strategy, starting from employees demand survey, a comprehensive use of various incentive theory, designed for G travel agency of employee motivation system development.
