The rapid development of domestic and foreign tourism industry and the intensification of market competition have brought tremendous pressure to the survival of travel agencies.Strength of the talent team determines the comprehensive competitiveness of travel agencies.Staff training is an effective way to improve employee's ability and the operational efficiency of enterprises,which plays an irreplaceable role in the long-term development of travel agencies.However,many travel agencies in our country do not have a perfect staff training system,while the training content and training mode still have some problems,which will restrict the further development of travel agencies,so it is necessary to optimize the staff training system.This paper takes China Youth Travel Xinjiang International Travel Agency as an example.Firstly,the relevant research status at home and abroad is reviewed and summarized,then the related concepts and theories of staff training in travel agencies is introduced.Secondly,the current situation of China Youth Travel Xinjiang International Travel Agency is analyzed with the way of questionnaire,then the main problems in the staff training system of China Youth Travel Xinjiang International Travel Agency is analyzed from four aspects,including training content,training mode,training implementation and training assessment.Combining with the long-term development strategy of China Youth Travel Xinjiang International Travel Agency and the actual training needs of the employees,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies from three aspects in order to improve the staff training system of China Youth Travel Xinjiang International Travel Agency,including staff training organization system,staff training implementation system and staff training safeguard measures,.The results can also provide reference for the construction of staff training system in other domestic travel agencies.From the results of this study we can see,with the continuous development of the business field of tourism market,talent team has become the lifeblood of travel agencies.A talent team with outstanding professionalism,high comprehensive quality,distinctive characteristics and strong cohesion is the key for travel agencies to survive in the market competition.Staff training is necessary to the development and upgrading of the talent team.From the current situation of the staff training system in China Youth Travel Xinjiang International Travel Agency,we can see that there are still many problems,such as the training needs of employees have not been fully met,enterprises pay little attention to staff training,staff training has not been integrated with enterprise strategy,the personal occupation of employees' career development is neglected,imperfect training assessment and evaluation mechanism,inadequate level of training teachers and so on.In order to improve the efficiency of staff training,China Youth Travel Xinjiang International Travel Agency must optimize the training organization system and the training implementation system,and provide adequate guarantee for staff training system through four aspects,including raising the importance of employee training,stimulating employee's interest in learning,establishing professional training faculty and setting up perfect training regulations.Only in this way can the enterprise improve the staff training system in an all-round way,and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development.
