With the advent of the Internet economy and the arrival of the mass tourism era,the travel agency industry has ushered in new opportunities for development.At the same time,the competition among travel agencies has become increasingly fierce.Competition in market share has gradually evolved into competition for talents,and talent has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.ZB Travel Agency is a state-owned holding company.With the changes in the market and business development,the company's original incentive model or means has not kept pace with the development of the enterprise,resulting in a high rate of brain drain,and a decline in employee satisfaction.Further development has been severely hindered.The company is currently facing a strategic transformation and development stage.In order to ensure the company's sustained and healthy development,it is imminent to study the company's employee motivation issues and optimize the construction of new incentive systems.This article uses the theory and practical analysis methods to discuss the optimization of ZB Travel Agency staff incentive system.The first part introduces the research background,research significance,research problems,technical routes and methods,research contents and research framework of this article;The second part reviews the literature related to employee incentive system,incentive system optimization,and incentives for travel agency employees.Also,it introduces the incentive theory used in this paper.In the third part,through the methods of data collection,investigation and interviews,etc.,ZB Travel Agency staff incentive system status and problems were thoroughly investigated and combed,and the reasons for the problems were analyzed,laying the foundation for the optimization of the system;In the fourth part,,based on the analysis of the theory and the status quo,based on the problems existing in the company's employee incentives,the ZB Travel Agency staff incentive system optimization model was constructed,including material incentives(remuneration,benefits,performance,employee ownership)and non-material incentives(professional development,training,communication and culture)two major systems and eight elements.The comparison between the old and new systems shows that the new incentive system can be more suitable for the current development needs of the company.In the fifth part,the paper analyzes the implementation conditions,process arrangements,obstacles,and countermeasures of the ZB Travel Agency's optimized employee incentive system and adopts preliminary.In the fifth part,the article analyzes the implementation condition,process arrangement,obstacles and countermeasures of ZB Travel Agency's optimized employee incentive system,and verifies the preliminary implementation effect.The sixth part draws the conclusion of this paper.Through the study of this article,the company's problems in the incentive system are discussed in depth and optimization solutions are proposed.It will greatly promote the reform and promotion of internal management,and achieve the strategic goal of market-oriented transformation and development of the enterprise.The research of this dissertation will enrich the research of human resources management and incentive theory of travel agency companies,and serve as a reference for corporate human resources management.At the same time,due to my shallow qualifications,there are still some deficiencies in this paper.I will continue to improve my research work and study in the future.
