Nowadays,human resource has become the first resource, whether a company can retain talents, improve the quality of human resources has become the key factor for an enterprise to occupy an invincible position in the competition. At present, although most companies gradually began to carry out the human resources training activities, but because of the lack of perfect training system and the system plans, most companies are guided to a waste of manual labor, material and financial resources.without a satisfied training result, the situation of human resources training need to be improved.Taking the Third Drilling Company of Daqing oilfield as the research object, on the basis of standard analysis, through method of field research, the essay use the relevant theories of human resources training to make an analysis of the Third Drilling company’s human resources training situation, and finds out the existing problems, then construct the human resources training system of the Third Drilling Company. This article first made a brief introduction of the human resources training’s current situation of the Third Drilling Company of Daqing oilfield, and then analyzed the existing problems of human resources training work, on the basis of these questions, starting from the three aspects(Organization system, processes system, curriculum system), we construct the human resources training system of the Third Drilling Company of Daqing oilfield. the processes system is the most important including the training demands analysis, training plan, training methods selection,training organization and implementation, the training effect evaluation and training files arrangement. Finally, by analyzing the problems of the training activities and each aspect of the training system, the article figure out the importance of organizational security, resource security and system security to guarantee the training system working effectively.
