This article first made a brief introduction of the human resources training’s current situation of the Third Drilling Company of Daqing oilfield, and then analyzed the existing problems of human resources training work, on the basis of these questions, starting from the three aspects(Organization system, processes system, curriculum system), we construct the human resources training system of the Third Drilling Company of Daqing oilfield. the processes system is the most important including the training demands analysis, training plan, training methods selection,training organization and implementation, the training effect evaluation and training files arrangement. Finally, by analyzing the problems of the training activities and each aspect of the training system, the article figure out the importance of organizational security, resource security and system security to guarantee the training system working effectively.
