The center of stability and development in countryside is that the farmers income will grow, this paper researched on income the farmers of this background, analyzing current, exploring on measures to be done.(1) First, an overview of income situation of increasing income of farmers at domestic and abroad, determining the content of this thesis , methods and innovative ideas.(2) Analyzed peasants income evolution, analysis the algorithm of farmers income through the example farmers , while defining the connotation of farmers income. Determining the main source of farmer income , the number of net income and of trends , analyzing the composition of the income of peasants and farmers income growth since reform and opening policy.(3)Analysis of the characteristics of structural changes of the sources of peasants income and prediction. The following conclusions will be on we should vigorously develop the rural secondary and tertiary industries, large-scale transfer agricultural labor to non- agricultural labor, relying on rural industrialization, urbanization, increasing to peasant incomes.(4)Comprehensive analysis on factors about the income of peasants, combined with binzhou's actual conditions, proposed agriculture itself, the external environment and other aspects of agricultural are the way to income of farmers.
