Informatizationization Evaluation Research Of Large-scale Construction Enterprises

ABSTRACT:In the wake of that information plays an increasingly prominent role in the enterprise development, more and more enterprises realize the necessity and urgency of informationization construction.On one hand, Most of domestic construction enterprise followed this trend through enhancing information construction to improve the management level of enterprises and efficiency.On the other hand, informationization evaluation is gradually becoming a new information need to Large-Scale constraction enterprise.With respect to mature information evaluation system in some other industries, construction industry's informationization is still in basic application stage, which means most enterprises are mainly concentrated in computerized paperless office on informationization aspect. For the sake of better development,construction enterprise has to establish an informationization evaluation system, which can precisely describe enterprise informationization development stage in and make enterprise clearly identify the informationization construction progress.Due to the system construction enterprise can make strategic informationization development plans to take full advantage of information resource.Through analysis of construction enterprise informationization development process,the paper established an informationization evaluation model that combined both theory and practical situation.The model devided informationization process into 3 levels and 12 stages and each stage and level are detailed depicted.Construction enterprise can characterize its information suitaion through the model to formulate the corresponding development goals. And on the index setting side,the paper structured an informationization evaluation index which based on the research of CECA.The index system includes hardware facilities, information talent, information organization structure, the utility and informatization of software system,. And according to the five dimensions of index selection that related principles construction enterprise can formulated relevant development goals.At last, this paper accomplished actual example analysis-G quoted company as an instance.And then the paper verified the effectiveness of research of large construction enterprises of i informationization evaluation work,which could use for reference in congeneric large-scale construction enterprises.
