It is very significant for the substainable development of Foshan Telecom on how to optimize the building procedure of its enterprise informationization. For such a restructuring of China Telecom in the course of traditional telecommunication operators, the informationization is accurate means support of the precise management. The era of informationization have great impact on production management, enterprise decision management, corporate governance, corporate financial management and human resources management.In recent years, China Telecom's Enterprise Informationization on the support of integrated information services has made tremendous achievements, but in the business support system integration, there are some problems. On this basis, the combination of Foshan Telecom and the socio-economic environment in Foshan, recalled Foshan Telecom Enterprise Informationization Construction of the process. Construction of its core business support system is the BSS building. Then we analyze the new IBSS system of Foshan Telecom on-line process.From the management processes and personnel training, the reorganization of China Telecom's informationization technology strategy for the overall construction process is analyzed.
