Research Of Enterprise Informationization Model Based On The Strong Manufacturing Province

The manufacturing industry is the leading strength in industrialization and modernization, the level of its development is an important symbol to weigh a nation or a region synthesis strength and the international competitive power. In 2005 The Development Summary of Shandong Province Walks New Industrialization Path to Construct the Strong Manufacturing Province, and in 2006 the 11th five-year-plan summary of Shandong Province's national economy and social development proposed the strategic target that we should construct a strong manufacturing Shandong province. The manufacturing industry informatization changing the manufacturing of Shandong province into a strong one has the important and practical significance.Starting from the definition and connotation of the strong manufacturing province and informationization model, the paper introduced the theory on manufacturing industry informationization, and proposed informationization on the implementation of the manufacturing sector which is the necessary way for Shandong. Through the survey analysis, it showed that the manufacturing sector in Shandong province of informationization infrastructure was in good condition, the application environment was gradually improved, the level of positive-depth was developed, the level of automatic control was relatively high, and the gap between the different levels of information businesses was large. Analyzing the needs and characteristics of informationization in some key industries in Shandong province such as steel, machinery and tobacco, we pointed out the existing problems in the current informationization process.Then using Nolan model, strategic alignment model for the theoretical foundation, we proposed the enterprise informationization model. Using the infrastructure, product development, manufacturing, enterprise management, enterprise business, and other information as a starting point to build their information based on model, we proposed third party consultation in the informationization process.Finally, we concluded the factors that impact on enterprise informationization model choices and based on production methods, scale, information technology, and its own conditions as well as other factors, it guided enterprise information model choices, and according to their own strategy and the goal of informationization, the company could identify the route of the implementation of informationization, such a work can inspire the enterprise to be little detours, no senseless loss, promoting manufacturing industry informationization to breadth and further promotion.
