Research And Case-Study On The Evaluation Model Of The Maturity Of Enterprise Informationization

Enterprise informationization has become the focus of the modern enterprise development, while the information times has come out. It has also become the focus of the academe and enterprise that how to evaluate the effect of enterprise informationization and evaluate the enterprise before enterprise infomationization implementation. This thesis has been focused on evaluation the enterprise before enterprise infomationization implementation. Evaluation of enterprise informationization maturity was mainly studied. A set of evaluation models of enterprise informationization maturity was put forward, and the determination method of indices weighting and evaluation method were discussed. At last, the result of the thesis was applied to a case to demonstrate.First, research state and related knowledge of enterprise information and evaluation of enterprise information were summarized and induced. The significance of the thesis was put forward on the basis of analysis of the background of the research and the project. The related theories and technologies of enterprise informationization were introduced, such as system theory, integration theory, computer integration manufacture system, and evaluation theory.Second, a set of evaluation models of enterprise informationization was put forward on the basis of the research of the enterprise informationization maturity. Guided by the research structure of the thesis, on the basis of analysis, integration and induction of a lot of references and investigation, a set of evaluation models of enterprise informationization maturity was put forward. The models were described with three-dimensional coordinates system. First-level indices were classified, and second-level indices were detail respectively. At last, a set of evaluation indices system models of enterprise informationization maturity was put forward.Third, the establishment process of the evaluation model of the enterprise informationization maturity was discussed. Firstly the evaluation purpose is determined, and secondly the evaluation object is selected, thirdly the evaluation indices system is established according to the accepted principles of index selection and the indices are detailed respectively, fourthly the index weightings are determine with the proper method, lastly the object is evaluated with selected method.At last, a case study was carried out based on the locomotive system of the railway enterprise. All kinds of business process of the locomotive system of the railway enterprise were realized on the basis of a lot of investigation. The research state of the railway enterprise informationization and locomotive system informationization were analyzed. A set of implementation schemes of railway locomotive informationization was put forward in terms of the analysis and research of the thesis result, which would guide the development of the locomotive system informationization.The studies show that the evaluation indices architecture model of enterprise informationization maturity put forward in the thesis, can support the implementation before enterprise informationization. The evaluation indices architecture supplemented with determination method of the index weightings and evaluation method, can establish a set of integrated evaluation models of the enterprise informationization maturity. The models surely need to be verified and developed in terms of the practice and theory.
