In late 1990s, Project Management (hereafter referred as PM) emerged as a most concerned science. Meanwhile, the science crossed the traditional boundary of engineering and its theories and approaches were extensively applied to those one-off and non-repetitive social activities. With the unceasing development of PM, incentive mode has been upraised to an important position. At present, the study of incentive mode in the practice of PM in our country is quite limited. As a result, under the influence of defective incentive mode, the initiative and efficiency of project staff have been seriously affected and some severer problems such as personnel loss and cost up-rise still live up to be resolved. To guarantee that projects be well progressed and finished on time, a deep and innovative research in the theories and approaches of incentive mode and an exploration in the methods and patterns are both in urgent demand. The thesis mainly deals with the incentive mode in the current ACLP project and hopes to provide improvement plan to the project. ACLP is a heavy-invested comprehensive project, and the author of the thesis gives an in-depth discussion and summarizing on a series of actual issues, e.g. how to build up an effective incentive mode, how to erase barriers between departments, how to unite staff and thereby increase the work efficiency, in hopes that it could scout a way for later users of this incentive mode theories and carry the researches on incentive mode in China to new heights.
