Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, developing the rural economy and increasing income of farmers is a major task of building Well-off society. The approach of agriculture management has a great influence on workers activities and efficiencies of land use,affecting agricultural output and farmers incomes. Today,the income of rural farmers is low generally and increase slowly.The gap between urban and rural areas is growing and the rural market is not perfect,all of these serious problems have affected the building Well-off society to a certain extent. Therefore,in this case, the study of innovative forms of agricultural management has important theoretical and practical significance for the settlement of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.As the market economy matures, the large number of rural labor transfers and the urbanization process continues, the "household contract responsibility system" of the land contract system is facing new challenges. Existing agricultural land system has gradually revealed the inherent flaws,affecting the development of China's rural economic and process of the whole society.To change this current situation, an important condition is the implementation of appropriate land-scale operation, which can improve labor efficiency in agriculture and land production rate,adjust our industrial structure, promte the construction of well-off society.This paper studies the influence on the developement patter of agriculture by land circulation of the rural, analyzing how to stabilize the land contract relations,to develop appropriate scale management of agriculture and to achieve the improvement of rural productivity and rural economic development in our current mode of operation of rural agricultural and natural resources.Based on the studying of above issues, this paper studies the rural land issues and the relationship between land circulation of the rural and forms of agriculture, points out the appropriate scale management of agriculture is the main form of agricultural operation in the future.
