The Research Of Hebei Provincial Highway And The Coordinative Development Of Regional Economy

Hebei province, which located in the areas near the capital, Intermediate around the Beijing and Tianjin, and Bohai sea is near the east side, the geography position is very important. Hebei is a transportation hub that connect several regions like northeast, north, east and the central. Hebei province plays a very important role in the national economic combination and communicated. With the construction of coastal strong province in Hebei province, the transport ability and economic competitiveness will be more improved, this also greatly stimulate Hebei transportation needs. At present, Hebei has entered a new stage of regional coordinated development to realize a common progress, so the transportation should satisfy the developing demand.The coordinated development between the highway and the socio-economic system could support a sustainable and stable development of economic society, and promote the economic development rapidly and healthily, which will bring enormous social and economy benefits. However, there is lots of the phenomenon of uncoordinated being in practice. Therefore, Studying coordinated development of the two systems is come into practical question.This paper firstly researched coordinated development between highway system and socio-economic system with general theories and methods. After define the two systems and analysis their relationship, analyzed the meaning of the coordinated development between the highway system and socio-economic system. Then a case study of Hebei was made. In Process of analysis, an evaluation indicator system was established to response features of the two systems. By using grey principal component analysis to calculate integrated development values and using regression fit and correlation calculation, a result of static and active coordinated development degree of the two systems in decade years recently were gotten in the end.According to the coordinated development of the highway system and socio-economic system in Hebei, the economic has developed quickly. In contrast, the highway at the time is lagged behind.In response, this paper gave pointed suggestion about coordinated development between highway and socio-economic in Hebei, target to provide reference for making development strategy and planning for the harmony.
