The Impact Of College Knowledge Diffusion Capacity To Technological Innovation: The Regulating Effect About Enterprises Absorptive Capacity

Compared with developed countries,there exists a big gap in the promotion of the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in the colleges of our country. Currently, domestic related research are usually the investigation of the factors that influence the diffusion capacity of college knowledge, the absorptive capacity of enterprises and the technological innovation capacity of enterprises, with less concern about the relationship between the different capacities and their effect on capacity of technological innovation and also lack of empirical analysis method to verify the relationship between these capacities. Based on our country's current situation, the related factors which effect the diffusion of college knowledge to enterprises and their relationship between each other is studied in the view of capacity , the effect of the diffusion capacity of college knowledge, the absorptive capacity of enterprises on the technological innovation capacity of enterprises is researched from the perspective of the relationship between each capacity, and the effect of the absorptive capacity of enterprises on the relationship between the diffusion capacity of college knowledge and the technological innovation capacity of enterprises is investigated at the same time. To fully explain the proposed relationship between these capabilities, factor analysis and multiple regression equation methods are used, and the outcome is validated using the data obtained from 283 manufacturing enterprises in Henan Province. The results show that: (1)the diffusion capacity of college knowledge and the absorptive capacity of enterprises all play a positive active role in enhancing the technological innovation capacity of enterprises.(2)Whether during the growing or mature period of the enterprise, the absorptive capacity of enterprises both have an regulating effect on the relationship between the diffusion capacity of college knowledge and technological innovation capacity of enterprises and the effect of the absorptive capacity of enterprises on the technological innovation capacity of enterprises is bigger than the effect of the diffusion capacity of college knowledge on the technological innovation capacity of enterprises. The conclusion is that: during the diffusion process of college knowledge to enterprises, the absorptive capacity of enterprises is more important. To enhance the technological innovation capacity of enterprises, the cultivation of the diffusion capacity of college knowledge and the absorptive capacity of enterprises should be enhanced, especially for the cultivation of the absorptive capacity of enterprises.
