Study On The Impact Factors Of Absorptive Capacity

Absorptive capacity of enterprise is considered as capacity of acquisition, assimilation, transformation and exploitation have been taken the important roles of identifying market opportunities, acquiring external new knowledges and using the external new knowledges to realize innovations. So it is important to companies to study the status of absorption capacity, find the principle impact factors of absorptive capacity and analying how these factors to influence absorption capacity.Based on the investigation of 224 middle and senior leaders in 158 food processing companies in Xinjiang, we analyzed the absorption capacity and how those impact factors to influence apsorption capacity and moderating effect of integration mechanisms on the apsorption capacity by using factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression methods. We are exploiting to build constructed model by using these impact factors to enhace absorptive capacity of enterprise for helping improve their competitive advance, use the external new knowledges to realize innovations.The conclusion was as followings:(1) The social capitals, enterprise strategies and support enterprise systems positively influence on the acquisition capacity; Knowledge bases, social capitals, corporate cultures, communication channels, enterprise strategies and human resources positively influence on the assimilation capacity. (2) Knowledge bases, support enterprise systems, corporate cultures, communication channels positively influence on the transformation capacity; Enterprise strategies, social capitals positively influence on the transformation capacity. (3) Cooperative integration mechanism could moderate the relationship of between potential and realized capacities.
