| Labor dispatch early origins from the west, it is the result of the in-depth growth of marketing economy and the growth and the growth of social division. In China, only in recent decades, labor dispatch has a large-scaled development. It has not being a very long time that the growth of labor dispatch in China. The total quantity of the dispatched employee and the proportion of enterprises total staff are all on the rise. But as the phenomenon of "unequal pay for the same work" and "the differential treatment between contract employees and dispatching employees is prevailing in the domestic enterprises, the dispatching employee satisfaction is received more attention.The article uses the method which the theory and the diagnosis unify, carries on the summary analysis on labor dispatch and employee satisfaction research literature in the foundation, induces affects the employee satisfaction the factor including individual attribute variable and the scene variable. And individual attribute variable including sex education, technical grade, etc. Scene variable including sense of belonging, job security, employee trust, sense of fairness and the promotion of professional space. In the research design, take the scene variable and individual as the independent variable,the employees satisfaction is a dependent variable, proposed the research supposition. Simultaneously to gain the research institute to need the data, aims at various variables design meter separately, the establishment questionnaire carries on the investigation. Next, in the reliability and the validity examination foundation,this article has used the independent sample T-test, the single factor variance analysis, etc.The analysis result indicated:contract employees feel better than dispatching employees in their job satisfaction, sense of belonging, job security, employees' trust, and sense of fairness and promotion chances in career. While male employees feel better than female ones in the job satisfaction, sense of belonging, job security and employee trust. Staff with different academic qualifications and the staff with different technical levels make no difference in the five situational attributes. Sense of belonging, job security, employee trust, sense of fairness and promotion chances in career are the important factors that affect job satisfaction. |
