With the implementation of the labor contract law of the People's Republic of China on January 1,2008,the employment mode of labor dispatching has been developing rapidly,and more and more workers are joining the labor dispatching army.As a flexible way of employment,labor dispatching can reduce management cost,reduce personnel reserve and reduce labor disputes for enterprises.For society,on the one hand,can promote the reform of the personnel system,from "unit person" to "social person",on the other hand also can realize the human resources optimization configuration,completed from the "extensive" to "intensive",so the labor dispatch by state organs,institutions,large state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises of all ages.At the same time,the nature that the enterprise pursues profit is highlighted gradually,the problem such as difference of pay of pay of pay of insurance of pay of low,social insurance,welfare pay is big also exposes gradually come out.To this end,China has issued the labor contract law amendment,temporary provisions on labor dispatching and other laws and regulations,trying to regulate and adjust the labor dispatching market.However,the problem of unfair welfare in China's labor dispatching is still not optimistic,and the legitimate rights and interests of labor dispatching employees are not fully guaranteed.This article selects the study of our country labor dispatching employee welfare fairness,aims to analyze the status quo of China's labor dispatch staff welfare unfair,reasons,to find a way to achieve its benefits fair reasonable,hope to improve the status quo of our country labor dispatching personnel welfare inequality,help to build a harmonious labor under the socialist system.On the basis of defining relevant concepts and theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of China's labor dispatching system and the current situation of unfair welfare of labor dispatching employees,and expounds the importance of realizing welfare fairness of labor dispatching population.In order to make the research more universal,this paper also studies the operation status of welfare equity of labor dispatch in typical foreign countries,and tries to draw lessons from it for our country,so as to enrich the content of this paper.On this basis,respectively in national policies,employers,labor dispatching unit and labor dispatch staff level,find out the cause of our country labor dispatching employee welfare unfair,and put forward the reasonable way to achieve its welfare fairness,namely,play the leading role of government,change the management of the project unit thinking,highlight Bridges between the dispatching units,improve the legal quality of labor dispatch staff and actively promote the union organization construction five aspects of content.
