In the overall economic development market today, people have been understanding the concept of business far more than 20 years ago the scope we know. How to maintain ongoing business operating results, long-term development has become the focus. Research and Reflection on the corporate culture is also in a unprecedented environment time, people's understanding of organizational culture though has not reached a common consensus, but the corporate culture for the organization and management, development and organizational performance makes the importance of sustained growth Studies of corporate culture has become very meaningful.Corporate culture as their own survival and development of core values, are reflected in all levels of the organization, specifically including mental layer, system layer, the material layer. The three levels distribute from the inside to the outside that form the infrastructure of organizational culture, which exists between the three levels of contact with each other and their interaction, constitute the complete architecture of corporate culture.To improve business performance, helping companies in highly competitive market environment, survival, development, growth, the construction of organizational culture is the only way. Organizational culture and their own enterprise scale features do not match their own corporate culture is bound to cause failure, which led to difficult for businesses to continue to develop. But how the business should to be effectively and scientific development, choose their own organizational culture world?Software outsourcing industry in Dalian is selected as a research object. Used by the OCAI assessment made by professors Cameron and Professor Quinn, who built its corporate culture OCAI Scale Empirical Study model measurements in the competition basis of the values framework. The analysis of measurement results are used to focus on software outsourcing industry, effective methods and ideas that to build construction and reform methods are put forward. This research is divided into five chapters:The first chapter:IntroductionThis chapter firstly proposed this research problems, and emphatically introduced the purpose of the research, the research methods,the innovation points and the basic frame structure.Chapter 2:ReviewThis chapter is theoretically summarized by research part of enterprise culture, corporate culture type defined, corporate culture assessment model, the enterprise culture and organizational performance relationship between domestic and foreign researches were summarized and explanation, for the following research on a theoretical aspects of matting. And it mainly aims at the scale and the relationship between the enterprise culture in software outsourcing industry within the confines of hypothesis.Chapter 3:Research designThis chapter through the selection and comparison of various tissue culture measurement model, finally chooses OCAI scale in software outsourcing industry enterprises in the empirical research. Introduced the measurement model theory foundation and method, including questionnaire, statistics and analysis for the next chapter of empirical studies provide basis.
